We received the cover today. The Lifts yesterday. The coffee fits perfect and seems to be very good quality. No shipping damages. Very nice. I haven’t installed the lifters yet but I am pleasantry surprised they are all metal and seem to also be very good quality. I will let you know when it is all installed and send pictures.

It fits great! It was too hot today to go out and photograph it in full sun–it’s cooled down now but there is a lot of shade in the pictures but they came out OK. I hope we have it for many years to come, unlike the last vinyl one. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Hi Sharon,

I have attached a photo of the 10 year old hot tube cover…I have been very happy with it…My dog walked all over it and it has minor hail damage but it has held up very well.  The color has faded a little but that is expected for it’s age…The plastic hinge cracked and tore and I had to replace it with SS hinges/screws after a few years.

The cover is working great. We actually had problems with our in-ground spa overheating during hot summer days with our old vinyl cover. That does not appear to be the case with our new aluminum cover. I attached a couple pictures for you.

The fit is perfect. When I go to open the cover you can feel that it actually has a really good seal. It’s almost seems that it creates a suction. And out dogs can’t eat this one up. Thank you so much. This cover is a high quality cover. Exactly what we needed.

You have been on my mind to contact and give you my Thanks for constructing our beautiful spa cover. I took pictures back when the pool was under construction, and I wanted to take a current picture with me standing on it, but I haven’t done that yet. I had the pool contractor embed 3 umbrella pole supports in the gunite bottom of the spa as you will see in the attached photo. For the center support, I purchased an aluminum I-beam 4″ x 6″ by 14 feet long. I had an aluminum ring 1 3/4″ welded to the beam for the pole to rest in. It works great. The cover keeps the spa warm, and only looses about 10 degrees at night when the outside temp is in the low 30’s.

Just a note to let you know that Pool Covers, Inc. was cooperative in resolving the issue with the pool cover.  They sent a replacement “half” which was easy to install.  Attached is a photo of the cover which we are now very pleased with.
